Hi, I'm Bridgette.
People call me Brighty. I'm a brand and marketing consultant, strategist, and brand integration producer with 15+ years of experience helping brands figure out what's next and bring it to life.
I've spent my career working with everyone from startups and growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies and global agencies. Today, I work independently through my company Brighty Brand Haus, as a consultant through Toptal, and as a brand integration producer, giving me the chance to jump into all kinds of businesses, teams, and creative challenges.
I love the space between the big idea and making it happen. That might mean shaping a brand, developing a campaign, launching something new, producing a partnership or integration, or jumping in to help move an important project forward. My approach is pretty simple: understand the business, bring fresh thinking, and get good work out into the world.
